Member Information Packs have now been mailed to all members.  The pack contains all the required information to guide you to through the changes occurring on 23 September 2024 following our conversion to the Beyond Bank Australia banking platform.

Included in the pack is:

• A letter outlining the change to your member number and individual account numbers
• A booklet containing all the information on changes to your products and includes instructions on how to access the Beyond Bank Australia Internet Banking and Mobile App (available to you from 23 September 2024)
• A Product Guide
